Alison Vincent Glass Gift Vouchers allow you to gift a unique gift and the recipient can choose an individual piece or commission a unique creation.

Within 48 hours of purchase you will receive a PDF Gift Voucher by email and a £20 refund for packing and courier.
Please provide your email if you would like it sent to you or the recipient’s email if you want me to send it direct by email to them.
In the Special Information box on the order form, please provide any custom message you would like to appear on the Gift Voucher.

Vouchers are available in £50, £100, £150, £200 or a custom value (contact me for this option on alison@AlisonVincentGlass.co.uk).

Summary Terms & Conditions relating to your Gift Card Purchase are outlined below:

Alison Vincent Glass gift cards have a 12 month redemption period and can be used to purchase any available piece on the Alison Vincent Glass website at the point of redemption.

To redeem your Gift Voucher, please contact me on alison@AlisonVincentGlass.co.uk with your Gift Voucher number, amount and expiry date OR, order as normal on the website and mention these pieces of information on the Special Information box on the order form, pay the full amount and I will refund the value of the Gift Card to you.

Some pieces may be made to order or commissioned and there will be a lead time which will be indicated and advised. Feel free to contact me on alison@AlisonVincentGlass.co.uk.

Future availability on your chosen piece cannot be guaranteed.
You can get a refund for your Gift Voucher within 24 hours of purchase.

Gift Vouchers cannot be redeemed:
· to buy pieces at 3rd parties (galleries or their websites, exhibitions or events, my ETSY Store)
· to purchase additional Alison Vincent Glass Gift Cards
· to pay for pieces on my own website during any sale event
· to exchange the balance on a Gift Card for cash.
